All reservations are made from the date of arrival to the date of departure, and not the date of arrival and the date of the last full day of your stay. Example: 15 to 29 August means you arrive on the 15th and leave by noon of the 29th.

Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 12 noon.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental is payable in advance. Payment of the balance must be made upon arrival and in euros. 

You will be sent the terms of your rental by email, which you must approve and return by email. You should then print this form out and sign it, and send it by mail.  The deposit can be paid with your credit card to my PayPal account.

All sheets and towels are provided, with a washing machine, steam iron and board in each house. Sufficient drinking water and hot water at all times.

Each house is also equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave oven as well as the necessary cooking utensils, large and small pots and pans, kitchen knife, spatula, ladel, cutting board, plastic food containers, and approximately 2 large and small plates and 2 tumblers and at least 1 wine glass per person,. The houses are cleaned prior to arrival, often on the same day in the morning.
